Safety is my first priority during every lesson. My goal is to provide a safe, enjoyable and professional swimming experience while maintaining clear expectations for everyone.
Getting ready for your lesson
What to bring
- Swimwear
- Swim cap (compulsory)
- Towel
- Goggles (if you have)
- Water bottle
- Flip flops
Please ensure
- Arrive 5 minutes early and ready to swim
- Inform me of any medical conditions or concerns
- Your child is feeling well before swimming
- Swim caps are compulsory for all swimmers
- Follow all pool safety rules and instructions
- Please give at least 12 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a lesson

Book a lesson
Lessons must be booked in advance. Fill this in and it will open WhatsApp with everything ready to send.
Good to know
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
A minimum of 12 hours' notice is required. Cancellations made with less than 12 hours' notice may result in the lesson being forfeited, and no-shows will result in the lesson being forfeited. Genuine emergencies or unexpected circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
What if my child is unwell?
Please let me know as soon as possible rather than bringing them to the lesson. Swimmers who are unwell or have a contagious illness should not attend lessons.
What if we arrive late?
Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled lesson. If you arrive late, the lesson will still finish at the originally scheduled time.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Lessons may need to be cancelled or rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions, pool closures, maintenance or other circumstances outside of my control. Where I need to cancel a lesson, the lesson will be rescheduled or credited. Safety will always take priority over completing a lesson.
Can I make up a missed lesson?
Make-up lessons are not guaranteed and are dependent on availability. They must be arranged in advance.
Do parents stay during the lesson?
Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising children before and after their scheduled lesson. Children should not be left unattended at the pool before their lesson begins, and should be collected promptly afterwards.
